Job summary

Consilio is seeking an experienced iManage implementation professional to support an enterprise rollout for a corporate legal department. You will drive user adoption, minimize disruption, and help legal and IT teams incorporate iManage into daily workflows.

This is a full-time contract opportunity lasting approximately four to six months, on-site at Arlington, Texas during the initial launch, with potential travel or remote support for later phases.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting iManage implementations or rollouts in a legal environment.
• Strong understanding of iManage workflows for legal professionals.
• Experience with adoption, change management, training, and user enablement.
• Ability to translate technical deployment into practical end-user workflows.
• Excellent communication with legal, IT, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support pre-launch preparation and rollout execution for the iManage implementation.
• Conduct training sessions to help legal personnel become comfortable with the platform.
• Establish and facilitate office hours for real-time assistance with workflows and troubleshooting.
• Serve as the primary resource for user inquiries and feedback during the transition.
• Assist users in translating existing document management practices into iManage workflows.
• Collaborate with legal and IT stakeholders to identify adoption challenges and address friction.
• Refine training materials and SOPs tailored to the organization’s workflows.
• Support initial rollout at the corporate headquarters and expansion to regional teams.
• Help maintain productivity and minimize learning curves.
