Apogee Services Inc. is seeking a Senior Application Administrator to manage Microsoft enterprise applications, mainly SharePoint Online and Azure DevOps, ensuring secure access, proper ownership, and well-documented support processes.

You will partner with IT, Procurement, Security, and Enterprise Architecture to optimize the application portfolio, automate routine tasks with PowerShell and Power Automate, and drive cost efficiencies.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience administering and supporting enterprise applications.
• Hands-on admin experience with SharePoint Online and Azure DevOps.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Entra ID.
• Experience managing licensing, vendor support, and lifecycle activities.
• Proven troubleshooting skills with ownership of issues through resolution.
• Experience maintaining application inventories and business ownership.
• Ability to implement automation and process improvements.

• Administer and support Microsoft enterprise applications, focusing on SharePoint Online and Azure DevOps.
• Coordinate SaaS onboarding, licensing, access, and vendor contacts.
• Optimize the application portfolio to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Own support tickets from intake to resolution and document solutions.
• Monitor licenses, renewals, and usage; provide data for purchasing decisions.
• Develop self-service resources and knowledge articles.
• Collaborate with Security, Procurement, and IT teams to enforce governance.
