Apogee Services Inc. in the United States seeks an experienced IT applications administrator to own and support Microsoft enterprise apps, focusing on SharePoint Online and Azure DevOps.

You will manage SaaS onboarding, licensing, access, renewals and retirement activities. You will maintain the application portfolio, handle tickets through resolution with IT teams and vendors, monitor license usage and develop KPIs and automated reports to optimize costs and operations.

Formación

• 5+ years administering enterprise and SaaS applications
• Hands-on SharePoint Online or Azure DevOps administration
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID
• Troubleshooting and support ownership through resolution
• Application inventory and business ownership experience
• Understanding of incident, problem, change and access management

Responsabilidades

• Administer and support Microsoft enterprise applications, primarily SharePoint Online and Azure DevOps
• Manage SaaS onboarding, licensing, access, renewals and retirement activities
• Maintain application portfolio, inventories and business ownership
• Own support tickets through resolution and coordinate with IT teams and vendors
• Monitor license utilization and identify cost optimization opportunities
• Build KPIs and reports, and automate routine administration
