Apogee Services Inc. is seeking a Senior Application Administrator to manage enterprise SaaS apps, focusing on SharePoint Online and Azure DevOps. You will troubleshoot, coordinate with vendors, and ensure clear ownership, access, and documented support processes.

The role partners with Procurement, Security, Infrastructure, and Enterprise Architecture to optimize the portfolio, reduce costs, and automate repetitive tasks using Power Automate and scripting. Remote-friendly with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience administering and supporting enterprise applications.
• Strong hands‑on administration experience with SharePoint Online, Azure DevOps, or both.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, and the broader Microsoft ecosystem.
• Experience managing application configuration, permissions, licensing, vendor support, and lifecycle activities.
• Proven troubleshooting skills with the ability to own support issues through resolution.
• Experience maintaining application inventories and establishing business ownership.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft enterprise applications, primarily SharePoint Online and Azure DevOps.
• Manage SharePoint sites, permissions, sharing settings, and lifecycle activities.
• Administer Azure DevOps organizations, projects, access, notifications, and configurations.
• Coordinate application access through Microsoft Entra ID and enterprise identity processes.
• Troubleshoot configuration, access, functionality, and integration issues.
• Evaluate product updates, coordinate implementation, and maintain administrative documentation.
