Job summary

Apogee Services Inc. is seeking a Senior Application Administrator to administer and support enterprise SaaS apps, focusing on SharePoint Online and Azure DevOps.

You will own access management via Entra ID, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with vendors to ensure documented processes and proper licensing are in place. You’ll help optimize the application portfolio, partner with Procurement, Security, and IT teams, and drive automation to reduce costs while maintaining enterprise standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience administering and supporting enterprise applications, including SaaS platforms.
• Strong hands-on administration with SharePoint Online, Azure DevOps, or both.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Experience managing configuration, permissions, licensing, vendor support, and lifecycle activities.
• Proven troubleshooting skills and ownership of issues through resolution.
• Experience maintaining inventories and business ownership.
• Understanding of incident, change, and access management practices.
• Ability to implement automation and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft enterprise applications, primarily SharePoint Online and Azure DevOps.
• Manage sites, permissions, sharing, and lifecycle activities; coordinate access via Entra ID.
• Troubleshoot configuration, access, functionality, and integration issues; document processes.
• Coordinate SaaS onboarding, licensing, access, vendor contacts, and support readiness.
• Maintain application inventories with owners, renewal dates, and support arrangements.
• Identify optimization opportunities, consolidations, and automation to reduce costs.
