Job summary

WEKA is seeking an East regional Sales Engineer to join our rapidly growing sales organization. You will partner with customers, understand their needs, and show how WEKA's data infrastructure accelerates AI workloads.

In this hands-on role you will deliver technical presentations, assist with evaluations, become a trusted SME, and help shape responses to RFPs. You will work closely with R&D and product management to drive customer success.

Qualifications

• Experience with high performance IO workloads.
• Strong Linux OS knowledge.
• Familiar with NFS, SMB and distributed file systems.
• Experience in startup environments.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on WEKA technical aspects.
• Assist with evaluations and system configurations.
• Build and deliver technical product demos.
• Advocate for WEKA customers and relay feedback to R&D and product management.
• Advise customers technically and periodically review status.
• Become an SME on WEKA and ecosystem.
• Contribute to responses to RFPs, RFQs, RFIs.
• Create and maintain technical Q&A and documentation.
