Sierra is hiring in-person in San Francisco for a senior Solutions Engineer who will own the full technical pre-sales cycle. You will scope customer use cases, demonstrate Sierra’s platform, and lead architecture reviews with senior stakeholders at enterprise accounts.

You will mentor the SE team, shape demos and pilots, and stay engaged with accounts through deployment and expansion, helping drive GTM success and strategic growth.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in sales engineering, solutions engineering or customer-facing technical sales.
• Experience leading the sales process with strategic customers with deal sizes of $1M+.
• Proven track record in demo building, presenting, and GTM collaboration.
• Strong ability to build relationships with C-suite and technical leaders.
• Experience guiding architecture, integration and security conversations with enterprise teams.
• Ability to leverage AI tools as part of the technical sales motion and ensure accuracy of customer-facing materials.
