Harness is seeking high-performing sales leaders to drive enterprise deals from prospecting to close in a hybrid Miami-based role. You will forecast, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and leverage MEDDPICC to qualify opportunities. A strong W2 track record and the ability to sell at C-level across IT and business units are essential.

The role offers a competitive base along with an equity/commission package; OTE ranges from $280,000 to $325,000 yearly, with pay transparency and benefits.
