Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth across Financial Services. You’ll win new logos, manage a diverse pipeline of large institutions, and partner with Forward Deployed Engineers to bring high-impact AI voice use cases to scale.

You’ll work with legal and procurement teams, navigate risk and compliance reviews, and travel as needed. This remote-first role supports clients across the United States with time-zone alignment required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of quota-carrying enterprise sales experience in SaaS or tech, with AI/LLM exposure.
• Proven success closing six- and seven-figure deals in complex multi-stakeholder cycles.
• Experience selling to both technical and business buyers, including risk and compliance gatekeepers.
• Proficient in enterprise procurement, security reviews, and legal processes; autonomous cross-functional partner.
• Strong executive presence and willingness to travel for onsite client visits.

Responsibilities

• Win net-new logos and drive ElevenAgents deal volume.
• Balance a diverse pipeline across large financial institutions and regional clients.
• Partner with Enterprise Sales Lead to turn warm introductions into opportunities and closed deals.
• Identify where conversational AI can drive growth, automation, or cost efficiency in customer workflows.
• Stay current on the conversational AI landscape, including model risk and governance.
• Develop and execute account strategies across the buying group to land high-impact use cases.
• Partner with Forward Deployed Engineers to solution use cases and guide through security and architecture reviews.
• Partner with Legal teams to drive strategic negotiations.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on generative AI and voice for positioning and references.
