Job summary

ElevenLabs, an AI research and product company, is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth across Financial Services with ElevenAgents. You’ll partner with leaders across CX, IT, Legal, and Risk to close strategic deals and scale deployments of conversational AI.

This remote-first role supports customers nationwide, with travel as needed for onsite client visits and conferences. The ideal candidate brings 7+ years in enterprise SaaS sales and a passion for voice technology.

Qualifications

• At least 7+ years of quota-carrying enterprise sales experience in SaaS or technology, ideally with exposure to AI or API-driven platforms.
• Financial services experience preferred but not required; adaptability and fast ramp in new industries is valued.
• Proven success closing six- and seven-figure deals in multi-stakeholder environments.

Responsibilities

• Win net-new logos and drive ElevenAgents deal volume; measure success by revenue growth.
• Balance a diverse pipeline of large institutions with quicker regional clients for speed to close.
• Partner with Enterprise Sales Lead to convert warm introductions into qualified opportunities and closed deals.
• Identify where conversational AI can drive growth, automation, or cost efficiency in customer workflows.
• Stay current on the conversational AI landscape, competitive solutions and model risk trends.
• Develop and execute account strategies across buying groups; land one use case and expand across lines of business.
• Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers to solve high-impact use cases and guide security reviews.
• Work with Legal teams to drive strategic negotiations and contracts.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on generative AI and voice to strengthen market positioning.
