Weave.AI is hiring an enterprise Account Executive to build and own the enterprise sales cycle. This person sells a neuro-symbolic, agentic AI platform for risk and decision intelligence to the most senior buyers at banks, asset managers, insurers, and global enterprises — CROs, CFOs, CISOs, and audit committees.

The deals are large, consultative, and multi-threaded. You will report to the CEO, help shape the sales culture, and later expand to lead a small team while aligning with procurement,

Qualifications

• 8+ years of quota-carrying enterprise sales experience selling complex AI/data tech to large organizations.
• Proven ability to close seven-figure ARR deals and lead large pursuits at Tier-1 institutions.
• Multi-threaded sales cycles with procurement, legal, security, and regulatory reviews.
• Strong written and verbal communication with data-driven forecasting and pipeline discipline.
• Ability to sell outcomes and services, not just software, and operate as a founding hire.

• Lead executive and board-level conversations, navigate procurement, legal, and security reviews, and quantify value to buyers.
