This role leads Brain Co.'s insurance business from first conversations to signed engagements, coordinating with the GM of Insurance, product, engineering and deployment teams to shape deals in property & casualty, life & annuities. You will create demand, qualify opportunities, build compelling value cases, and drive deals through close, while shaping product strategy based on customer needs and market signals.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of enterprise sales experience in insurance, technology or consulting.
• Experience closing multimillion-dollar technology deployments or engagements.
• Deep understanding of insurance workflows and buying processes in P&C, life and annuities.
• Practical AI experience and ability to discuss data, integrations and governance with buyers.

Responsabilidades

• Create demand through targeted outreach, executive relationships and industry events.
• Discover and qualify leads, test problem, economics and funding paths.
• Build clear briefs and proposals, with tailored product demonstrations.
• Lead the deal through scoping, pricing, security and legal reviews to close.
• Inform product strategy with recurring prospect needs and gaps.
• Maintain accurate account plans and forecasts to improve repeatable processes.
