Job summary

Brain Co. seeks an Account Executive to grow the insurance business from the first buyer conversation to a signed engagement. You’ll originate opportunities and lead consultative sales through close, collaborating with the GM of Insurance, product, engineering and deployment teams.

Our priority markets are property & casualty and life & annuities. You will work across underwriting, claims, distribution and core operations, shaping the right architecture of AI-powered workflows to speed

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise sales, business development or management consulting.
• Experience closing multimillion-dollar technology deployments.
• Insurance sales experience in at least one priority market.
• Practical AI fluency and ability to discuss data and integrations.
• Strong commercial judgment and execution across teams.

Responsibilities

• Originate opportunities and lead consultative sales from first conversation to signed engagement.
• Coordinate with GM of Insurance, product, engineering and deployment teams.
• Manage complex underwriting, claims, distribution and core operational workflows.
• Develop repeatable sales motions and build a durable pipeline.
• Influence product strategy through customer insights and value propositions.
