Brain Co. is building AI-native operating systems for large, regulated institutions. You will originate opportunities from initial buyer conversations to signed engagements, partnering with the GM of Financial Services, product, engineering and deployment teams.

You will target banking, lending, asset, and real estate investment markets and lead complex, high-value deals across multiple teams. You will shape the commercial motion, provide clear value narratives, and influence product direction

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, business development or management consulting.
• Complex multimillion-dollar closes involving custom technology deployments or tailored engagements.
• Financial-services sales and domain depth in banking, wealth management, or real estate investing.
• Practical AI fluency and ability to discuss data, integrations, evaluation and oversight with buyers and partners.
• Commercial judgment to build materials, lead across teams, and drive multi-pursuit deals.

• Create demand by shaping the pitch, building a pipeline, and securing executive meetings.
• Discover and qualify leads from marketing and self-sourced sources; evaluate problem, economics, and timing.
• Build the value case with briefs, proposals, and tailored demonstrations.
• Lead the deal through close with scoping, pricing, security, and legal reviews; ensure delivery handoff.
• Inform product strategy by distilling buyer needs and market signals into roadmaps and initiatives.
• Build a repeatable sales motion with updated account plans and lessons learned.
