Job summary

Genesys seeks a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to own a portfolio of large enterprise accounts, build executive relationships, and lead multi-stakeholder sales cycles that deliver new business and expansion revenue.

You will partner with technical experts and executives to translate complex priorities into Genesys Cloud solutions, drive strategic planning, forecasting, and long-term value across industries.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of enterprise software sales experience
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
• Experience building executive relationships with C-level stakeholders
• Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
• Strong ability to translate customer priorities into technology & business value
• Experience managing pipeline across existing customers and net new logos
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Ability to travel up to 50 percent

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end sales strategy for a portfolio of large enterprise prospects and customers
• Develop trusted relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers
• Build and grow a qualified pipeline across existing accounts and net new logos
• Lead complex multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles from discovery to close
• Partner with technical experts and internal teams to develop business cases and solutions
• Drive strategic account and territory planning with forecasting and prioritization
• Translate customer challenges into clear business/technology strategies that show Genesys value
• Expand strategic relationships to increase platform adoption and value
