Job summary

Domino Data Lab is seeking an Account Manager to own and grow relationships with strategic enterprise customers in the United States. You will manage a focused portfolio, drive long-term health and expansion, and build executive relationships across Domino to deliver on commitments.

You should be comfortable engaging with data scientists and AI/ML engineers, developing multi-year account strategies, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and renewal growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience selling complex enterprise technology solutions.
• Proven track record retaining and expanding large enterprise customers.
• Experience building multi-year account strategies and expansions.

Responsibilities

• Own the commercial performance, retention, and expansion of strategic enterprise customers.
• Develop multi-year account plans connecting priorities, adoption, renewal strategies, and growth.
• Build relationships across technical, business, and executive leadership with multiple champions.
• Engage with data scientists and engineers to understand workflows and value opportunities.
• Own renewal strategy and lead complex expansion opportunities from discovery to close.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver customer outcomes and account strategies.
