Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth with consumer brands across retail, QSR, and travel sectors. You will own a growing account portfolio and identify AI voice opportunities that solve real customer challenges at scale.

You will partner with engineering teams and business stakeholders to translate technology into measurable business value, closing seven-figure deals and traveling as needed to engage clients and close opportunities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of quota-carrying enterprise sales experience in SaaS or technology.
• Experience selling to consumer-facing enterprises (QSR, grocery/retail, CPG, travel/hospitality/airlines) is a strong plus.
• Proven success closing seven-figure deals and managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• Experience selling to both technical buyers (product and engineering) and business buyers (CX, operations, marketing and brand), and translating complex technology into business value.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a growing portfolio of new accounts across QSR, grocery and retail, CPG, and travel and airlines to help ElevenLabs meet its revenue goals.
• Identify opportunities where conversational AI can drive growth, automation, or cost efficiency in both customer facing and internal workflows.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the conversational AI landscape, including customer use cases, competitive solutions, and trends.
• Demonstrate expertise or willingness to learn about how ElevenLabs' voice technology unlocks value across customer support and creative content.
• Develop and execute account strategies across the buying group and land one high-impact use case.
• Partner with Forward Deployed Engineers to solution high impact use cases and set up customers to scale in production.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, educating clients on generative AI and voice, shaping the Consumer Brands playbook.
