Travel about 40% and remote-first, with no inbound demand; you will shape messaging and go-to-market playbooks.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of quota-carrying enterprise B2B sales experience, with senior closing track record.
• Experience selling to HR, Total Rewards, Benefits, CSR, or Payroll at large employers.
• Proven ability to build enterprise pipelines from zero via outbound prospecting.

Responsibilities

• Build outbound enterprise pipeline with HR and benefits leaders at 10,000+ employee employers.
• Lead complex, consultative sales cycles across HR, Finance, Legal, Payroll, and CSR.
• Explain payroll deduction and tax mechanics to executives, guiding decision makers.
