Job summary

Datafold is hiring a senior Account Executive to own new business across the Eastern and Central US. This high-ownership, partner-led role involves the full sales cycle from first call to signed contract, with a seamless handoff to Forward Deployed Engineers for delivery.

You will build pipeline with Databricks, Snowflake, and other partners, and conduct discovery with data engineering leaders and CIOs. Compensation includes $300K–$400K OTE, base salary, uncapped commission, and equity.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in enterprise sales.
• Track record closing $250K–$1M+ deals.
• Strong co-sell relationships with major partners.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle for new logos across the Eastern and Central US: discovery, qualification, proposal, negotiation, and close.
• Build and develop pipeline through partner ecosystem (Databricks, Snowflake, GCP, dbt, Microsoft).
• Run discovery and value conversations with data engineering leaders and executive buyers (VP/CTO level).
• Collaborate with Forward Deployed Data Engineers to scope migrations, build SOWs, set expectations.
• Represent Datafold at partner events, field meetups, and customer briefings across the US.
• Provide market/intelligence feedback to product and GTM teams to inform strategy.
