Job summary

Proof, a technology-enabled legal services platform, seeks a Senior Account Executive to drive new business in creditors’ rights. You will own the full sales motion from prospecting to close for top debt buyers and law firms, requiring strong relationships and deep industry knowledge.

You will build a strategic outbound motion, manage a long-term pipeline, and lead multi-stakeholder negotiations. This role is remote, salary-based with OTE, and requires 5+ years in enterprise B2B sales and travel

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience.
• Proven ability to land and expand enterprise accounts.
• Familiarity with creditors’ rights, legal services, or regulated industries.

Responsibilities

• Own named accounts and build a 12–18 month pipeline with 45–60 day senior-level touches.
• Lead consultative discovery with senior decision makers to surface workflow bottlenecks and compliance gaps.
• Lead commercial negotiations and close multi-year, high-value deals (>$200K).
• Maintain accurate forecast and pipeline hygiene in CRM.
