Job summary

Proof Technology is hiring an Account Manager to own the post-contract relationship for our creditors’ rights accounts. You take the handoff from the sales team at contract signing and own onboarding, ramp, retention, and growth across multiple states.

You will manage thousands of cases per month, run audits, enforce SLAs, and align platform configuration with contract terms. Expect close collaboration with Solutions Architect and regular account reviews.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management or client services experience in a B2B environment.
• Experience working with creditors’ rights law firms or legal services is strongly preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication and proactive problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and ramp for post-contract accounts and set milestone targets.
• Maintain regular account health reviews, monitor SLAs, and flag risks early.
• Identify expansion opportunities and manage renewals with enterprise clients.
• Develop deep platform knowledge and coordinate with Solutions Architect for success.
