Job summary

Proof is hiring an Account Manager to own the post-contract relationship for our Creditors' Rights accounts. You take the handoff from the sales team, own onboarding, ramp, retention, and growth, and assign new logos throughout the year.

You will manage thousands of cases across multiple states, monitor SLA adherence, and conduct regular reviews to ensure the platform matches what was sold, while proactively addressing onboarding blockers and operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding and Scoping: Take the handoff from the Account Executive at contract signing and lead the firm through onboarding.
• Retention and Account Health: Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for accounts and monitor health metrics.
• Regular communication cadence and reviews: Maintain monthly reviews for core accounts and formal QBRs for enterprise accounts.
• Monitor account health: surface negative trends before the client does and elevate at-risk accounts internally.
