Job summary

Proof is hiring a Senior Account Executive to lead new business development in its Creditors’ Rights and consumer collections division. This enterprise hunter role owns the full sales motion from prospecting to close for major debt buyers and creditors’ rights law firms in the country.

You will build relationships at Managing Partners, Directors of Operations, and VP of Legal Operations levels, tying Proof’s platform to their complex compliance and documentation needs.

Qualifications

• Experience selling into creditors’ rights, debt buying, or ARM industries.
• Ability to build senior‑level relationships with Managing Partners and Directors of Operations.
• Knowledge of creditors’ rights processes and compliant documentation.

Responsibilities

• Own a named account list of top creditors’ rights firms and debt buyers.
• Build and execute a strategic outbound motion—outreach, conferences, referrals, events.
• Develop and maintain a 12–18 month pipeline with 45–60 day senior‑level touches.
• Lead consultative discovery with senior decision makers.
