Genesys Cloud Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Account Executive to own a territory end-to-end—from prospecting to close.

You will build strategy, allocate resources, and forecast every deal in your pipeline across the New York and New Jersey market, with remote flexibility. You will land new logos, run multi-threaded, consultative cycles, present with credibility to executives, and maintain market knowledge of Genesys products.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in complex, multi-stakeholder cycles.
• Experience selling Cloud or SaaS solutions.
• Proven ability to manage a full-cycle enterprise sales process.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills.
• Self-directed, builder mentality with pipeline generation.

Responsibilities

• Own your territory end-to-end—from prospecting through close, you drive the strategy, resource allocation, and forecasting for every deal in your pipeline.
• Land new logos—build and run targeted outbound and demand-gen campaigns to bring net-new Enterprise accounts into the Genesys ecosystem.
• Run consultative, multi-threaded sales cycles—get deep on a prospect's business environment, align Genesys solutions to their actual objectives, and bring the right resources into the deal at the right time.
• Present with credibility—deliver product demos, executive briefings, and proposals that stand up to technical buyers and C-suite.
• Forecast with MEDDPICC—own accurate quarterly forecasting and be accountable for hitting it.
• Stay sharp on the market—maintain knowledge of Genesys Enterprise product line, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
