Genesys is seeking a Senior Account Executive for the Enterprise segment in the New York/New Jersey area (remote eligible). This role owns a territory end-to-end, builds strategy, and drives net-new logos and expansion opportunities, coordinating multi-threaded deals with executive stakeholders.

You’ll present compelling demos and align Genesys solutions to business outcomes. The position emphasizes a self-directed, pipeline-driven approach with a focus on MEDDPICC-driven forecasting and ongoing

Qualifications

• 5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in complex, multi-stakeholder cycles.
• Experience selling Cloud or SaaS solutions preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a full-cycle enterprise sales process.

Responsibilities

• Own territory end-to-end from prospecting through close.
• Land new logos with targeted outbound campaigns.
• Run consultative, multi-threaded sales cycles and align solutions to objectives.
• Present with credibility via product demos and executive briefings.
• Forecast accurately using MEDDPICC and hit quarterly targets.
• Stay informed on Genesys Enterprise product line and market trends.
