Job summary

Genesys Cloud Services, Inc. is seeking an Account Executive, Enterprise - New Logo to own a greenfield territory across multiple Midwest states. You’ll prospect, win, and close net-new logos, building a robust pipeline while navigating complex buying committees.

You will collaborate with BDRs, SEs, and Marketing to position AI-powered CX solutions and accelerate growth in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of enterprise software sales experience with a track record of opening net-new accounts
• Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding quota in hunter/new business roles
• Experience selling complex multi-product SaaS solutions (CCaaS, UCaaS, CX platforms)
• Able to navigate large enterprise organizations and engage at the C-suite level
• Experience developing and managing channel/partner relationships
• Strong discovery, qualification, and consultative selling skills

Responsibilities

• Prospect and break into net-new enterprise accounts with targeted outreach
• Own the full sales cycle from first contact to contract execution
• Develop territory/account plans to build a high-probability pipeline
• Coordinate with BDRs, SEs, and Marketing to craft credible solutions
• Forecast opportunity pipeline and progression in Salesforce
• Collaborate with partners to co-develop joint pipeline
