Reddit is seeking an experienced Lead Client Partner to join the Global Strategic Accounts team in New York. You will build relationships with key brands and agencies, ensuring business objectives are met using Reddit's advertising suite.

This on-site role requires deep enterprise experience, ownership of partnerships, and the ability to present strategic plans and campaigns. Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in digital media with at least 7+ years in sales.
• Experience owning partnerships with complex enterprise tech organizations.
• Proven experience managing relationships up to C-level executives.
• Deep industry expertise in verticals, products, and/or measurement solutions.
• Strong agency and client direct relationships and social native advertising knowledge.
• Track record of long-term account growth and meeting sales targets.
• Ability to lead special projects and collaborate cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage and deepen relationships with existing advertising partners to drive revenue growth.
• Construct upfront and joint business plans with top clients.
• Educate clients on Reddit and the Reddit ads platform to expand adoption.
• Identify new buyers of Reddit advertising products through agency and direct relationships.
• Leverage data to inform client strategies and pitch proposals.
• Own client meetings from agenda to final presentation and set clear next steps.
• Provide strategic, proactive advice to grow client relationships.
• Collaborate with Account Management and Ad Operations to meet marketing goals.
• Shape Reddit ads roadmap by sharing feedback and metrics with stakeholders.
• Mentor teammates and share industry/product expertise.
