Reddit is seeking an experienced Senior Client Partner to lead the Pharma vertical within the Large Customer Sales team. The role focuses on building and expanding relationships with brands and agencies, ensuring they achieve business objectives through Reddit's advertising suite.

The position requires in-person work in New York, Chicago, or San Francisco, with responsibilities spanning strategic planning, client education, and cross-functional collaboration to drive revenue growth and platform

Formación

• 12+ years in digital media with at least 7+ years in sales; Pharma client experience preferred.
• Experience owning partnerships with complex enterprise technology organizations.
• Proven ability to manage relationships up to a C-level executive.
• Deep industry expertise in verticals, products, and measurement solutions.
• Strong existing relationships in agency and client-direct spaces.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively manage and deepen relationships with existing advertising partners to drive revenue growth.
• Construct upfront and joint business plans with top clients.
• Educate clients on Reddit and the Reddit ads platform.
• Identify new buyers of Reddit advertising products through agency and direct relationships.
• Use internal and external data to inform client strategies and proposals.
• Meet deadlines and ensure high levels of client service across projects.
• Own client meetings from agenda to final presentation and set clear next steps.
• Communicate major platform updates and opportunities to deepening client relationships.
• Provide strategic, proactive advisory to grow client relationships.
• Uncover client needs and align goals with Reddit opportunities.
• Collaborate with Account Management and Ad Operations to meet marketing goals.
• Share client feedback and metrics to shape Reddit’s product roadmap.
• Provide thought leadership and act as a Reddit evangelist at events.
• Mentor and train other team members and collaborate across accounts.
