Job summary
Leica Biosystems, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Senior Strategic Account Executive to lead our largest healthcare customers and drive enterprise growth across priority health systems. You will build six-figure partnerships with C-suite leaders, shape multi-year growth strategies, and guide complex opportunities from RFPs to long-term contracts, with remote support across the designated geography.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required with 10+ years in healthcare sales or strategic accounts.
- Experience managing large IDNs and health systems.
- Ability to influence C-suite executives within complex healthcare organizations.
- Experience leading enterprise opportunities and multi-year growth strategies.
- Strong understanding of health system economics and procurement processes.
Responsibilities
- Own enterprise growth strategy and revenue across Leica Biosystems' top healthcare customers.
- Develop and execute multi-year growth strategies focused on transformational opportunities.
- Lead complex enterprise pursuits, including enterprise agreements and large health-system initiatives.
- Build trusted relationships with C-suite leaders to influence strategy and outcomes.
- Leverage market expertise to drive win rates and sustained revenue growth.
