Job summary
Leica Biosystems, a Danaher company, is seeking a Senior Strategic Account Executive to lead our largest healthcare customers from a remote location within the designated geography. You will spearhead multi-year growth, influence C-suite leaders, and drive enterprise opportunities across IDNs, academic medical centers, and health systems.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape customer strategy, expand market share, and optimize commercial outcomes while leveraging DBS tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 10+ years in healthcare sales/strategic accounts.
- Experience managing large IDNs, health systems, GPOs, or academic centers.
- Ability to influence C-suite executives and build strategic partnerships.
- Experience leading complex enterprise opportunities and multi-year growth.
- Strong healthcare business acumen and understanding of health economics.

- Develop multi-year growth plans focusing on transformational opportunities.
