Job summary

Leica Biosystems, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Senior Strategic Account Executive to lead Leica's largest healthcare customers and drive enterprise revenue growth across national accounts. You will influence C-suite decisions, shape long-term strategy, and coordinate cross-functional teams to win large system-wide opportunities.

This remote role supports designated enterprise accounts in the United States, requiring 50-75% travel, and reports to the Senior Director, Strategic & Corporate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with minimum 10+ years of progressive healthcare sales, strategic account management, business development, diagnostics, medical device, healthcare technology, or capital equipment experience.
• Demonstrated success managing large IDNs, health systems, GPOs, academic medical centers, or complex enterprise healthcare customers with significant strategic or commercial impact.
• Proven ability to influence C-suite executives and senior enterprise decision makers within complex healthcare organizations and build long-term strategic partnerships.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex enterprise opportunities, system-wide agreements, RFPs, strategic partnerships, or multi-year health system growth strategies requiring executive sponsorship and cross-functional execution.
• Strong healthcare business acumen, including understanding of health system economics, customer value drivers, financial and deal structure, market dynamics, and enterprise decision-making processes.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise growth strategy, revenue performance, and market share expansion across Leica Biosystems' largest and most strategically important healthcare organizations.
• Develop and execute multi-year growth strategies focused on transformational opportunities, enterprise partnerships, competitive conversions, and long-term expansion.
• Lead the organization's most complex strategic pursuits, including enterprise agreements, large-scale health system initiatives, and executive-sponsored opportunities.
• Build trusted relationships with C-suite leaders and key stakeholders to influence customer strategy, enterprise decisions, and long-term commercial outcomes.
• Leverage healthcare market expertise and mobilize senior leaders and cross-functional resources to advance complex opportunities, improve win rates, and deliver sustained revenue growth and market share gains.
