Job summary

Leica Biosystems, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Senior Strategic Account Executive to lead enterprise growth with top healthcare customers. You will shape multi-year growth, drive transformational opportunities, and secure complex enterprise deals while engaging C-suite leaders to influence long-term strategy.

You will work remotely to support designated geography, travel 50–75% locally and nationally, and collaborate with senior leaders across the Strategic Accounts Team.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive healthcare sales, strategic account management, or related enterprise experience.
• Experience managing large IDNs, health systems, academic medical centers, or complex enterprise healthcare customers.
• Proven ability to influence C-suite executives and senior enterprise decision makers.
• Experience leading complex enterprise opportunities and cross-functional execution.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise growth strategy and revenue performance across top healthcare customers.
• Develop multi-year growth plans focusing on transformational opportunities and partnerships.
• Lead high-stakes enterprise pursuits including large-scale agreements and vendor partnerships.
• Build trusted relationships with C-suite leaders to influence strategy and outcomes.
• Mobilize senior leaders and cross-functional teams to improve win rates and drive revenue growth.
