Job summary

H1 is seeking an Account Manager for our Enterprise Sales team to nurture and grow a strategic book of Pharma and Biotech clients. You will articulate the value of our platforms, engage with C-suite leaders, and expand footprints across existing accounts.

You will lead discovery calls, presentations, and negotiations, coordinating with marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure seamless implementations and accurate forecasts that support company growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage a strategic book of business within Pharma and Biotech accounts.
• Demonstrate the value of our platforms and partnerships to strengthen relationships and expand footprints within those accounts.
• Engage with C-suite executives and key decision-makers to align H1’s solutions with their priorities.
• Lead expansion sales processes within accounts, including discovery calls, presentations, negotiations, and deal execution.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure seamless client experiences and successful implementations.
• Track and report sales performance, providing forecasts and strategic insights to support growth objectives.
