Job summary

Andopen is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Manager to oversee remote US-based enterprise clients in the San Francisco Bay or New York areas. You will act as the main point of contact, drive growth, and coordinate with internal teams to onboard and manage gifting campaigns for major brands.

The role requires strong relationship-building skills, 3+ years in enterprise sales, and a track record of managing complex client programs across time zones.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relationship management & enterprise sales experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; confident speaker.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Manage enterprise client accounts and act as primary point of contact.
• Drive growth through upsell opportunities and renewals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to onboard and support campaigns for clients.
• Build trusted advisor relationships and deliver value across the client lifecycle.
