Job summary

Hightouch is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to lead West/Northern California enterprise engagements in a remote-first, customer-centric model. You will own strategic deals, build long-term relationships, and help shape our product offerings for enterprise clients.

The ideal candidate has proven enterprise sales experience, strong discovery and closing skills, and a track record of meeting or exceeding quota.

Qualifications

• Experience building and managing a pipeline of high-value enterprise accounts.
• Experience driving outbound prospecting and land-and-expand strategies.
• Ability to conduct discovery calls and uncover client needs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and CS to deliver a seamless experience.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end enterprise deals in West/Northern California.
• Develop long-term client relationships and strategic partnerships.
