Job summary

MongoDB in the Washington DC / Tysons Corner area is seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Executive for the Public Sector to drive growth, expand workloads, and accelerate adoption of our developer data platform across federal and state agencies.

You will own the full sales cycle, cultivate executive relationships with CTOs and IT leaders, build a strategic territory plan to hit revenue targets, and collaborate with the broader sales ecosystem in a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of quota-carrying field sales experience.
• Proven ability to expand existing accounts and sell across organizations.
• Co-selling with cloud providers (AWS, GCP and Azure) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prospect into CTOs, Engineering/IT leaders, and technical end users.
• Grow a current base of MongoDB customers by landing new workloads through outbound prospecting.
• Manage the full sales cycle for all MongoDB Products & Services.
• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to achieve revenue targets.
• Collaborate with the sales ecosystem to drive sales initiatives and partnerships.
