Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Lead Account Executive to own a concentrated portfolio of its largest, most complex law firm accounts. You will drive retention, revenue growth, and long-term relationship health while expanding contacts to firm leadership and AI committees.

You will negotiate major renewals, shape account strategy, and collaborate across Customer Success, Sales Engineering, Product, and other teams to deliver a coordinated approach. Travel to strategic events is expected.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of quota-carrying, full-cycle sales for large, complex enterprise accounts within a software company.
• Track record of exceeding annual sales quotas of $2M+ or comparable scale.
• Two+ years of experience selling SaaS, cloud, and/or enterprise AI solutions.
• Excellent negotiation and executive-facing presentation skills with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own a concentrated portfolio of Relativity's largest, most complex accounts with retention and revenue growth responsibility.
• Expand relationships beyond core eDiscovery contacts to firm leadership and practice groups.
• Lead negotiations and commercial strategy for major renewals and expansions with senior firm stakeholders.
• Identify threats and risks, and coordinate cross-functional teams to execute account strategy.
• Represent Relativity credibly in executive meetings, industry events, and panels, building a strong network.
