Relativity is seeking a Lead Account Executive to own a concentrated portfolio of our largest law firm accounts, driving retention, expansions, and long-term relationships.

You will engage senior stakeholders, negotiate multi-year deals, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver strategic outcomes. This role emphasizes advisory leadership, market insight, and a strong customer-first mindset.

Formación

• 7+ years of quota-carrying, full-cycle sales for large, complex enterprise accounts.
• 2+ years of selling SaaS, cloud, and/or enterprise AI solutions.
• Experience negotiating complex, multi-year contracts with senior stakeholders.
• Strong technical acumen in data, databases, and AI/LLM tech.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior executives (GC, Managing Partner, C-level).
• Willingness to travel regularly.

Responsabilidades

• Own a concentrated portfolio of Relativity's largest law firm accounts with retention and revenue growth.
• Lead negotiations and renewals, presenting terms to senior firm stakeholders.
• Expand relationships beyond core contacts to firm leadership and practice groups.
• Engage practicing lawyers as Relativity enables self-service, AI-driven experiences.
• Coordinate cross-functional account teams to deliver a unified strategy.
• Mentor and develop other Account Executives on the team.
