Grafana Labs is seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Executive, Acquisition to drive new business in Japan. You will prospect, qualify, and close opportunities, guiding customers through trials and transitioning to Customer Success.

We work 100% remotely with a global culture. The role emphasizes consultative selling, strong communication, and building long-term relationships across a distributed team. RSUs are part of the compensation package.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure technology sales.
• Proven track record as a top performer in a competitive environment.
• Excellent communication across channels (in-person, online, written).
• Experience in high-velocity technology companies is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales goals.
• Outbound prospecting into net-new customers.
• Manage all aspects of the sales process including demos and negotiations.
• Articulate value of Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise to customers.
• Maintain and manage sales pipeline in Salesforce.
• Handle quote creation, orders, and daily customer requests.
