Grafana is seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Executive, Acquisition to drive new business in Japan. You will prospect, close, and manage customer relationships, articulating the value of Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise while guiding opportunities through the full sales cycle.

You will work in a globally remote environment with a strong emphasis on outcomes, collaboration, and data-driven decision making.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure technology sales.
• Proven track record of achieving goals in a competitive environment (top 10% performer).
• Excellent communication across channels (in person, online, written).
• Familiarity with open source technology is a significant advantage.

Mansioni

• Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales goals.
• Outbound prospecting into net-new customers.
• Manage all aspects of the sales process (meetings, demos, proposals, negotiations).
• Cultivate sales through outbound and inbound leads.
• Convey the value of Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise.
• Manage the sales pipeline in Salesforce.
• Handle quote creation, order processing, and day-to-day customer requests.
