Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive for the US Federal Public Sector to drive 360 platform adoption across assigned accounts. You will build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and C-suite leaders, and coordinate cross-functional resources to meet customer business objectives.

You will develop opportunities from warm leads and whitespace, manage a large sales pipeline, and exceed quotas through disciplined prospecting and closing strategies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of quota-carrying software or technology sales and account management experience.
• Experience selling in the software industry or technical sales (SaaS).
• Education: Degree or equivalent relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop key customer stakeholder relationships and drive customer satisfaction at assigned accounts
• Assist with the development and execution of overall long-term strategy for the account, aligned to customer business objectives
• Coordinate internal resources including product support, customer success, and sales engineering to meet customer business needs
• Assist with account planning at assigned accounts, coordinating with other sales resources
• Define and complete territory/account sales plans and meet/exceed sales quotas
• Develop and manage sales pipeline, prospect and move transactions through the pipeline
