Heartline Staffing is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to drive business development for enterprise accounts and energy technology solutions. You will lead early- and mid-stage sales activities, qualification, proposals, and achieve quotas within named regional accounts.

The role requires travel to cover an assigned geographic area, on-site work five days a week, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop qualified proposals.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years outside sales with large accounts.
• Proven ability to engage C-level execs in finance/ops.
• Experience managing multimillion-dollar quotas.
• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee opportunity qualification, development, and initial proposals.
• Achieve sales quotas within regional accounts by engaging executive decision-makers.
• Coordinate sales engineering, application engineering, and finance resources.
• Collaborate with internal Centers of Excellence teams.
• Develop and manage an opportunity pipeline to meet targets.
• Map accounts and build relationships with key decision-makers.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction within accounts.
