Job summary

Heartline Staffing is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive for an onsite, direct-hire role in San Jose, California. You will develop strategic enterprise sales opportunities, engage C-suite executives, and drive multimillion-dollar projects in energy tech.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of outside/enterprise sales experience, a Bachelor's degree, and a proven track record of meeting large quotas. This role requires travel and offers relocation assistance, stock options, and a bonus

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; BA/BS in a related field.
10+ years outside sales, including large-account direct sales in high technology or energy tech.
Proven ability to develop multimillion-dollar enterprise sales opportunities (>$10M).
Demonstrated success meeting multimillion-dollar quotas and engaging C-suite executives.

Responsibilities

Manage early- and mid-stage enterprise sales opportunities from qualification to proposal.
Own sales quota attainment across assigned named accounts.
Develop and manage an opportunity pipeline to meet/exceed targets.
Map enterprise accounts and build relationships with key decision-makers, including finance and operations leaders.
Coordinate with sales engineering and finance teams to prepare qualified proposals.
Travel as required to cover geographic territory.
