Job summary

Ohio University in Athens, OH is seeking a Senior Technology Analyst (remote eligible) to translate enrollment business needs into effective system solutions across Slate CRM, PeopleSoft Campus Solutions, and reporting platforms.

The role partners with enrollment leadership, IT, and vendors to optimize processes, perform testing, and support implementations that drive data-informed decision making. Flexible hybrid/remote options are available, with standard 8-5 hours and potential evenings.

Qualifications

Requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years of related professional experience, or equivalent.
Experience with Slate, PeopleSoft Campus Solutions, Hyland OnBase, Oracle BI, and AD/Office tools.
Experience writing and troubleshooting SQL queries for reporting and data validation.
Knowledge of HTML, XML, and API-based integrations.
Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical staff; strong written and spoken communication.
Experience managing complex technical projects and working in a paperless environment.
Ability to gather requirements and support system implementations; ethical professional practice.

Responsibilities

Translate business needs into system solutions for enrollment operations.
Plan implementation, integration, and maintenance of solutions in processes or systems.
Coordinate testing, validation, and rollout of new functionality across enrollment technologies.
