Job summary

Indiana University Bloomington is seeking an IT operations professional within the Office of Enrollment Management. The role supports recruitment and admissions processing, data integrity, and system coordination across Slate CRM and PeopleSoft SIS, with oversight of staff and workflows.

You will collaborate with the Associate Director, supervise staff, analyze performance, and help implement business processes for prospect processing and admissions workflows in a primarily remote setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; preferred in computer science, business systems, or related field.
• 2 years in customer/application support, programming, or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Associate Director in managing a team of support staff with data entry, mail processing and workflow activities.
• Supervise virtual calendar of services and timelines for data processes and events internal and external to the university.
• Advise on operations, software, hardware and processes for admissions workflow and data integrity.
• Manage data transfers, data entry, and institutional data loading for internal/external customers.
• Maintain queries and reports to identify discrepancies and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Assist in staff recruitment, training, and performance feedback.
