Job summary

Ohio University is seeking a Senior Technology Analyst (remote eligible) to act as a key liaison between enrollment stakeholders and technical partners. The role translates business needs into actionable system solutions supporting recruitment, application processing, communications, and enrollment operations.

You will evaluate processes, gather requirements, coordinate enhancements, and assist with testing and deployment of new functionality across Slate, PeopleSoft, and BI platforms.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years of professional experience or equivalent education.
• Experience writing and troubleshooting SQL queries for reporting, data validation, and analysis.
• Working knowledge of HTML, XML, and API-based integrations.
• Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical personnel and to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into effective IT solutions for enrollment systems.
• Coordinate system enhancements, conduct testing and validation activities.
• Support implementation of new functionality across enrollment technologies including Slate CRM, PeopleSoft Campus Solutions, and reporting platforms.
• Collaborate with enrollment leadership, IT partners, and external vendors.
