Job summary

Ohio University is seeking a Change Management Lead (Remote Eligible) to drive the organizational change strategy for a large ERP transformation spanning HR, Finance, and IT. You will lead stakeholder engagement, communications, and organizational readiness, partnering with the program and project managers to implement best practices.

This role supports hybrid or fully remote work with occasional in-person meetings, budget oversight, and collaboration across colleges and departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 8+ years of related professional experience, or equivalent education and experience.
• Experience with change management models and frameworks across large-scale ERP transformations.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across change management functional areas.
• Experience with enterprise-scale technology, process, and people transformation programs (Finance/HR ERP implementations).

Responsibilities

• Lead the organizational change strategy and execution for ERP transformations spanning HR, Finance, and IT.
• Oversee stakeholder engagement, communications leadership, and organizational readiness.
• Provide leadership to projects or initiatives and collaborate with program/project management.
• Ensure adoption of change management best practices across departments and colleges.
