Job summary

Action Property Management is seeking a Full-Time Engineering Supervisor to oversee the AMS maintenance program across high-rise and mid-rise properties in Los Angeles. You will provide technical leadership, train staff, and ensure regulatory compliance while supporting the Regional Manager of Engineering.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in high-rise building engineering, a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, EPA 608 certification, and strong leadership and communication skills to guide teams,

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in high-rise building engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
• Must pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Oversee AMS maintenance programs to optimize building performance.
• Lead and train engineering staff; conduct performance reviews.
• Manage capital improvement projects; monitor budgets and timelines.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate response plans.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations and safety standards.
