Job summary

CCI is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for a high-rise community in Los Angeles. You will supervise the maintenance team, perform preventative maintenance, and ensure safety, quality, and timely work orders across the property.

You will manage complex HVAC and building systems, coordinate with the Property Manager, and drive operational efficiency within budget. The role requires leadership, strong communication, and hands-on maintenance expertise to support residents and asset performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in property maintenance (HVAC, electrical, plumbing)
• 1+ year experience managing people
• Experience with Yardi and Microsoft Office 365 preferred
• Experience with affordable housing programs is a plus
• Industry certifications such as HVAC CAMT CMRP PMP preferred or similar
• Valid driver’s license required
• Experience working in high-rise or multi-story communities preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repair of all equipment, buildings, and grounds as scheduled
• Lead and supervise maintenance team; build relationships with stakeholders
• Manage budgets, work orders, and vendor contracts within policies
• Perform daily inspections and ensure safety, compliance, and quality workmanship
• Coordinate with Property Manager to plan preventive maintenance and capital needs
• Ensure compliance with HUD, LIHTC, and lender inspection requirements
• Utilize Yardi Maintenance Mobile and IT tools for tracking hours and assets
