Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in Property maintenance.
• 1+ years’ experience managing people.
• 1+ years’ experience with standard real estate software (Yardi, Microsoft Office 365).
• Experience with affordable housing programs preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure maintenance and repair of all equipment, buildings and grounds of the facility as scheduled.
• Lead by example, train and supervise the maintenance team, and manage vendors.
• Ensure peak maintenance performance, budgets, and compliance with laws and standards.
• Maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing systems and service contracts.
• Communicate health and safety concerns and respond to emergencies.
• Handle customer service, timely updates, and coordination with other departments.
• Oversee budgeting and capital needs in collaboration with Property Manager.
• Ensure compliance with HUD/LIHTC and lender inspections.
